3. Legal & Regulatory Requirements for Bangladeshi Citizens
Under Indian law (Transplantation of Human Organs Act - THOA) and Bangladesh Organ Transplant legislation, living donor transplants are strictly restricted to related donors (parents, siblings, children, spouse, or first-degree blood relatives).
